To best suit our clients, Catalyst offers two different service options:

  • Human resources is not a one-and-done scenario. The harassment complaint that you had received will not magically resolve itself.   • In a perfect world, every business would have the right HR tools in place to be ready for any situation. Spoiler alert: that doesn’t always happen! When you get stuck in a jam, whether it’s needing to terminate an employee, dealing with a harassment complaint, navigating team growth, a sale or acquisition, or any other situation that may arise, don’t get caught unaware.

    Christine is happy to provide on-demand consulting on a limited-scope basis to help deal with situations as they arise. This may mean navigating next steps in a crisis, or putting the right tools in place to become compliant or prevent issues from happening again.

    This work is done under a specific project fee, with a clearly defined scope of work that’s agreed-upon with the client before proceeding. Should you wish to proceed with outsourced HR support after the matter is resolved, Christine would be happy to have that conversation.
